Leadership & Surgical Experience
Dr. Kadlec has held leading positions in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He served as Head of the Ophthalmology Department at the University Hospital in Nitra and later led an eye clinic in Prague. At the Gemini Eye Clinic he heads the Vitreoretinal Centre. Over his career he has performed tens of thousands of surgical procedures and trained at the European VitreoRetinal Training School in Bremen, with extensive experience in modern diagnostic and surgical methods.
