Academic & Clinical Background
Dr. Šínová's career spans leading Czech academic institutions. For over a decade she worked at the University Hospital in Olomouc, where she rose to Head of the Inpatient Department and taught medical students as an assistant professor at Palacký University. Her research has been published in international journals including the American Journal of Ophthalmology and Acta Ophthalmologica, and she has twice been recognised for the best lecture by an author under 35 by the Czech Vitreoretinal Society.
